Due to internal projects, there is a need for a three month Credit Officer to join the team.

The Job
Working closely with the credit team you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Daily receipting of bank reconciliations for accounts and ensuring all payments are allocated correctly and efficiently
  • Managing payments nationwide and working to relevant state protocols
  • Point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure the collection of outstanding invoices within agreed terms
  • Seek additional information around unallocated funds
  • Investigate payment discrepancies
  • Reconciliation of monthly statements
  • Monitor payment plans and liaise with the credit team around missed instalments
  • Adhoc duties as required
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:

  • Enjoy working in a fast paced busy AR and Credit role
  • Great time management and comfortable meeting AR deadlines
  • Flair for tasks which require strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking and handling conflicting deadlines with ease
