About the role


Reporting to the Company Secretary you will provide high quality, timely and effective secretariat support, and corporate governance to GPC.


You will manage end-to-end information management, including governance activities, internal and external engagement, policies, procedures, education, and awareness, and identifying opportunities for improvement, all that will develop and support an information aware culture across all aspects of the GPC business.


You will be responsible for managing and improving the management of information records management to meet the business, legislative and regulatory needs of GPC and provide support for legal advice, corporate governance, investigations, corporate planning and reporting.


Working closely with the Company Secretary, Executive Leadership team and the Strategic Lead to the Office of the CEO, this is a role which understands the transparent disclosure of relevant information between management, the board, investors, and other stakeholders.

About the person


With relevant Tertiary Qualifications and experience within a similar position you will have demonstrated experience managing sensitive information and with a high degree of confidentiality.


You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills with a strong capacity to work under pressure, multi-task and manage matters within tight deadlines.

With high integrity, you will have excellent oral and interpersonal communication, influencing and negotiation skills and value stakeholder relationships.
