ABOUT THE ROLEThe Contract Manager will be responsible for the management, safety and security of all sites. Ensuring adherence to Standard Operation Procedures, Human Resources and Health and Safety requirements.

We are looking for a strong contract manager who has excellent Management skills, can demonstrate sound contract management advice, has the capability to prepare operational documents, SOP's and is committed to continuous improvement strategies.

Reporting in to the General Manager, Security (Trevor), the Contract Leader will assume responsibility for managing all aspects of the contract including;

  • Day to Day management of the operations and staffing requirements
  • Identify and resolve complex operational, planning and workforce issues as they arise
  • Provide reports and correspondence including daily data, performance reports and analysis
  • Ensuring effective customer and stakeholder relationships are maintained
  • Provide supervision to contract Supervisors
  • Implementation of the governance framework
  • Management of compliance requirements
  • Accountability for contract financial performance
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and business efficiency

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • 5 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry and proven experience in multi-site contacts, security or other related field is advantageous
  • Prior security relatedproject management experience in a multilocation environment with demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies
  • Demonstrable managerial and leadership skills with a proactive approach to the management of operational activities
  • Experience within a client services environment with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
