The Role:

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting ongoing cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigating discrepancies in stock levels and generating detailed reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating stock take activities and managing quarantined inventory.
  • Optimizing storage locations for improved efficiency.
  • Addressing customer claims with thorough investigations.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to inventory procedures.
  • Experience in inventory control processes; familiarity with Komatsu systems is a plus.
  • Current LF and LO licenses are preferred.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Mathematical proficiency is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean Supply or Six Sigma is beneficial.
