Planet Towing are looking to employ two permanent part-time admin/office persons to assist with the day-to-day operations of our company
(ONSITE), with an immediate start.

Bookkeeping knowledge would be a bonus. Anyone with payroll experience will be greatly valued for
one of the roles. Previous experience in the Motor Insurance industry helpful, but not essential.

The role entails:

  • Receiving and processing incoming work orders.
  • Reviewing data for errors and verifying accuracy.
  • Invoicing with Quickbooks accounting software.
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Reconciliation.
  • Occasional phone calls out to pay supplier invoices.
  • Payroll (not immediately hourly rate will be adjusted once role is taken on )

The successful applicants will have:

  • Proven experience in an administration role and Data Entry is essential, with a high level of alpha and numeric skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Fast typing speed without compromising precision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge with Quickbooks and Microsoft an advantage.
  • Reliability and Discretion.
  • Demonstrated selfmotivation and excellent initiative.

- $30 - $35 p/hr + super + 17.5% loading on leave.
