Our client, located in Brunswick, is on the hunt for a Receptionist for an immediate start. No Agents Rep required, however experience in admin is desired.

As the front office receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Answering all incoming calls and assisting as required
  • Working closely with the property management and sales team with administrative duties
  • Ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times
  • Assisting with the daily mail and banking
  • All other duties as required by the director

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A strong drive to progress your skills within the industry
  • Well presented, and provide strong customer service at all times
  • Experience in a Reception role is highly regarded but not essential
  • Take initiative and a hard worker who is eager to learn
