Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic real estate environment?
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our sales team in the Stonnington area and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
  2. Engage in weekly sales meetings and maintain the sales tracking spreadsheet.
  3. Prepare and distribute Pre-Listing Kits efficiently.
  4. Conduct thorough research on comparable sales history.
  5. Develop and manage proposed advertising schedules.
  6. Input new property listings into the Box + Dice system.
  7. Process files for new listings, including auctions and private sales.
  8. Ensure precise entry of all sale authority details in Box + Dice.
  9. Provide essential support to the sales team, including preparing submissions and property reports.
  10. Oversee processes related to Real Time Agent and Campaign Agent.
  11. Coordinate the collection of sale deposits and advertising payments.
  12. Manage BPAY reference payments effectively.
  13. Delegate tasks to the Reception/Sales Admin Assistant as needed.
  14. Review new listing files for compliance with regulations.
  15. Prepare and update the Statement of Information form for all sale properties, ensuring compliance.
  16. Notify management of any non-compliant files for necessary follow-up.
  17. Provide coverage for reception duties when required.
  18. Supervise administrative tasks handled by the Receptionist/Administration Assistant.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  2. Familiarity with the Box + Dice sales system is advantageous.
  3. Agents Representative certification is preferred.
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask.
  8. Positive and driven attitude.
