Your New Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity has become available for a driven and passionate Individual to join our senior
leadership team within our Soil Reuse and Recycling Pillar, as Environment Manager.
In this key position, reporting to the CEO of Soil Reuse and Recycling, your key accountability will be to lead
in the development and direction of the environmental and sustainability strategy with a key focus on
supporting the operational environmental management and systems. You will have a great opportunity to
interact and collaborate closely with cross divisional peers as well as senior leadership teams in order to drive
successful environmental outcomes.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively engage and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external
stakeholders including government and regulatory authorities

  • Assist in driving and influencing a safety first culture
  • Ensuring systems are designed appropriately to deliver services in line with the guidelines set out by
the EPA in each state

  • Ensure environmental matters are promptly reported and addressed accordingly
  • Effective risk management and auditing, i.e.
  • Material Assessment Forms are operating appropriately and to a quality standard;
- develop and deliver environmental training and competency assessments in order to build

internal capability and knowledge; and

  • Assisting with the development, training & implementation of operational plans
  • Ensure EPA Licence conditions and administration are met for each site
  • Represent Soil Reuse and Recycling on various industry associations and working groups
  • Implementing and driving ResourceCo Values (Sustainable, Committed, Creative and Agile) into daytoday practice.

About You:
We are seeking a creative and innovative thinker, and an environmental practitioner with a high level of
commercial acumen and entrepreneurial "flair". The role will require a highly energetic, self-starting individual
who is able to "think on their feet", with a passion for identifying and delivering innovative opportunities.
Tertiary qualifications within Environmental Science/Engineering, Environmental Management or
sustainability is required, coupled with strong experience within an Environmental Leadership role, ideally
within the Recycling/Waste Management or Manufacturing industries.
