The Student Recruitment Support team is seeking a Student Recruitment Support Officer (full time Monday to Friday casual position) to support the University during the peak workload and student enrolment period from 26 June 2023 to 13 October 2023‎.


The primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Undertake other tasks as directed by the supervisor
  • Experience in the tertiary education sector with a good level of knowledge of admission processes, University procedures and policies
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient computer skills which will allow you to work on a specific student information system and a CRM system
  • Available to start in June‎ and work full time (up to 36 hours per week) for the period mentioned above (dependent on volume of work)
  • Office location is in Mulgrave, however, this position may require travel to other campuses of the University and various locations, some of which are not easily accessible via public transport
