  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Inventory Scheduler to join our team.
    ROLE OVERVIEW


Reporting to our Head of Operations, the Commercial Inventory Scheduler is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient delivery of TV commercial logs.

The role includes scheduling of television commercials (TVCs) and promos to fulfil contracted requirements as well as post-campaign reporting. The role will work with both the Broadcast and Commercial Teams as well as some external partners.

This is a full-time role based in either Sydney or Melbourne supporting live horseracing broadcasts.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing, finalising, amending and reconciling the television channel commercial material, including the following:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Broadcast Partnership Execution and Commercial Team to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery of television commercials and promos.
  • Liaise with the Production Team to coordinate daily live race day ad break configurations.
  • Work to strict timelines and deadlines to deliver advertising material according to sponsorship andor advertising campaigns.
  • Work with the Gravity Media TV TrafficSchedules team to ensure alignment of break configurations and the broadcast grid.
  • Create and complete daily broadcast logs, reports and master commercial lists and matrix via Peach or Adstream.
  • Work with wagering service provider partners
  • Complete postcampaign reporting delivery and adhere to deadlines.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a TV advertisingmedia network.
  • The ability to work independently but be team focussed with demonstrated high level organisation and planning skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • High level Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Effective relationship management skills, including the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outcomes orientated
  • Horseracing industry experience or knowledge is preferred
