What your day looks like?
-
Take a proactive role in scheduling, and conducting, ongoing reviews of these processes in branches.
-
Ensure the achievement of metrics and KPIs, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
-
Prepare detailed reports on and review key inventory processes.
-
Drive continuous improvement: identify areas of improvement and implement innovative work procedures.
-
Manage, develop and engage operations team members to support them to succeed in their roles.

Who are you?
-
Proven experience in a leadership position within inventory management.
-
Excellent level of recall and strong organisational skills.
-
Ability to coordinate activities with others at all levels of the business.
-
Intermediate to advanced level with Excel.
-
Determination to problem solve and seek improvements.

  • Valid drivers license and access to own vehicle, willingness, and ability to travel to regional areas.
