About Our Client
Our client is a leading agricultural machinery manufacturing company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to their customers. They are committed to maintaining high standards of excellence in their operations and are looking for a skilled Inventory Person to join their team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inventory Person with a valid LO or LF license and a sound understanding of SAPS systems, specifically Manhattan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient inventory operations, and supporting our overall supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately manage inventory levels and records using SAPS systems, specifically Manhattan.
- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Operate LO or LF equipment safely and efficiently for inventory management tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory area.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid LO or LF license is required.
- Proven experience with SAPS systems, specifically Manhattan.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as required.
- Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
