About the Role:
Workpac are offering an exciting opportunity for 4G transition administrator to join our client, a leader in providing cutting-edge security solutions in Salisbury.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to the 4G Transition.
Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining personal contact with key customers.
Process customer orders and manage them through to delivery.
Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Liaise with internal teams to communicate changes and identify potential delays.
Administer alignment of work orders to maximize productivity.
Retain and renew existing client contracts.
Ensure the highest level of presentation and professionalism as a representative of our client.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills and Experience:
At least two years of prior experience in a fast-paced administration or service-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Field Service and Pronto, preferably).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
