Customer Transition Specialist.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the migration from 3G to 4G

Telecommunications devices for the entire Electronic Security customer base.

  • Please note this role is A temporary assignment that can progress into a permanent position_

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers throughout the transition process.
  • Influence positive outcomes for customers and the business by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service while communicating technical information to a diverse audience.
  • Ensure high levels of data and information accuracy, paying close attention to detail.
  • Work seamlessly in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Uphold a reputation for caring and professional service to clients and their associates.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service
  • Call center experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
