An exciting opportunity has as a Practice Manager at busy growing Medical practice in Newcastle.

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our family practice to work closely with our growing team and contractors.

Working closely with our other Practice Manager & administration team across multiple sites.

We offer family friendly environment with opportunity for growth in a busy general practice that is family owned.

Essential:
- experience in a general practice setting or similar

  • Demonstrated computer experience using Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highlevel attention to detail
  • Be able to work as part of a team and independently always maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Per current Public Health Orders, all employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID1
  • Payroll and Xero
  • Rostering
  • Accreditation Experience
  • Desirable Requirements:
  • Current CPR training. Up to date training will be provided through the practice
  • Medical administration or business course completed
  • Knowledge of, or experience using Best Practice medical software or similar
  • General Practice or Specialist experience
  • Processing of Medicare claims, both Online and Easy Claiming
  • Processing of patient accounts using TYRO or similar.
  • Experience working with specialists and allied health
  • Diploma of Practice Manager or similar
