ROLE


We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join this digital marketing agency to manage and oversee a growing team of their Campaign Managers, and manage a list of their key clients.

You will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the end-to-end roll-out of digital marketing activities and website projects for key clients.


Managing production process (design concepts, DMs, Social Media assets, digital banners, video production, radio commercials) and approvals for marketing materials.

Liaise with clients at senior and intermediate levels to seek approval and provide campaign updates.


You will be responsible for coordinating and developing timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met, and the induction and training of new team members.

This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to manage multiple projects, clients and a team simultaneously.


Liaise with key clients for regular campaign updates, maintain an internal and external customer database, and provide accurate monthly reports.

All processes and guidelines are expected to be followed with attention to detail.


Other responsibilities include - input briefs for various teams across the business; reviewing and proofing work; entering jobs and costs accurately into the management system; conducting job cost & media costs reviews weekly ensuring accuracy & keeping records using the tracker; reviewing revenue stream coding reports prior to invoicing.


Work closely with the sales team to provide updates on client campaigns in the system as well as capacity; identify processes that need updating and escalate to the Head of Operations; act as the first point of escalation and field questions within the team.


YOU

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role within digital marketing and advertising
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience within an agency environment or similar
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A desire to learn, grow and develop skills in the digital marketing space
  • Complete onthejob training is provided with support from a motivational and positive team
