Currently, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and meticulous Implementation Consultant to join our APAC Services team.

What You Will Do:
The Implementation Consultant forms part of a team of professional services consultants and project managers tasked with ensuring the successful implementation of RLDatix's suite of workforce management and Risk and Compliance applications by closely collaborating with clients. This role demands a proactive problem-solving approach, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure successful implementation of the suite RLDatix products.
- Handle the change process in conjunction with the customer.
- Gather and implement requirements related to product setup and configuration.
- Configure products in alignment with best practices and methodology.
- Conduct presentations and demos as needed.
- Complete necessary checkpoints in the process.
- Provide updates on implementation project progress to the Consulting Manager, and maintain project reporting documentation.
- Organize and oversee user level requirements workshops, capturing business needs and documenting them effectively to reflect the Implementation Objectives.
- Keep Client Services management informed about any new developments with the client that may influence delivery or relationships.
- Identify risks, take suitable action, and escalate as required.
- Contribute to project governance.

- Time Management: Demonstrate excellent proficiency in time management to ensure efficient workflow within tight deadlines.
- Planning and Organizing: Utilize foresight to adequately plan and execute implementation projects in a timely manner and in accordance with client requirements.
- Customer Centricity: Be comfortable in delivering exceptional support, empathizing with the customer, and displaying a strong drive to achieve project objectives.
- Attention to Detail: Complete tasks thoroughly and effectively with consideration for all areas.
- Effective Communication: Effectively engage with the end-user community within the client organization. Flag risks and build relationships with customers and colleagues through clear communication.
- Process Adherence: Approach tasks positively, respond promptly to management and customer demands, and be willing to adapt to project plans and changes.
- Ability to Learn: Become proficient in products and industry to be a subject matter expert for customers throughout the implementation process.
- Domain & Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of legacy Allocate and RLDatix products and the value they provide to customers.
- Analytical Thinking: Approach problems and challenges with an analytical mindset.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a related field.
- Background in the health sector (Acute or Aged Care) is essential.
- Technology background with experience in software implementation and integration either as a client or vendor.
- Proficiency in learning new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Expertise in providing product training, both individually and in small groups, crafting user requirements, and specifications for development.
