The Ecommerce Brand Coordinator will manage onboarding a variety of Concession & Own Buy vendors into the David Jones Ecommerce ecosystem of platforms primarily to sell via drop ship.


Reporting into the Ecommerce Brand Manager, you will drive success through Partnership with brands, the broader e-commerce and merchandise teams to set vendors up for success at David Jones Online.


In its 185th year, David Jones is currently in the midst of a dynamic organisational wide transformation as it transitions back into Australian ownership.

The Ecommerce Brand Coordinator will drive vendor onboarding that will be key to delivering our Vision2025+ strategy.

_ Please note this a limited tenure contract until March 2024 _

What does the role involve?

  • Project Manage a funnel of new Own Buy & Concession drop ship brands who wish to trade on the David Jones website either proactively or by way of referral from Merchandise
  • Report back to Internal Stakeholders on the progress and estimate time until complete for the full funnel of new brand onboarding
  • Ensure vendors are set up correctly and handed over to the Ecommerce team in an optimised state with product onboarding policy adherence
  • Provide ongoing support for the ecommerce team when Dropship or Concession vendor issues require problem solving
  • Promote a thriving team culture, with a focus on achievement, empowerment, inclusivity, and innovation that values continuous learning and puts our customer at the heart of all that we do
  • Partner cross functionally to ensure shared success and champion best practice, while indirectly building capability and confidence across the business.
