As the catalyst behind turning requirements into tangible success stories and ensuring the utmost quality and transformative outcomes, the D365 Functional Consultant - NFP Specialist will play a pivotal role in understanding and capturing complex business challenges and requirements within the realm of Not-For-Profit (NFP) organizations.

This role will lead the process of developing these requirements into effective solutions aligned with the customer's goals, ensuring solution quality and successful outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, engaging in the end-to-end solution implementation process.

This encompasses understanding business needs, facilitating workshops, driving user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation, as well as configuring and building Microsoft Dynamics applications tailored for the NFP sector.


Responsibilities:
Investigate, analyze, and define intricate business issues specific to the NFP sector.
Lead requirements gathering efforts, facilitate workshops, and engage stakeholders effectively.
Provide leadership to project teams (both onshore and offshore), emphasizing solution usability and quality.
Propose and assess potential solutions, identifying alternatives and recommending innovative approaches.
Develop comprehensive as-is and to-be business processes and data models.
Create high-quality specifications and acceptance criteria.
Actively participate in configuring software packages and implementing solutions.
Coordinate relationships with key stakeholders during the design, management, and implementation of business changes.
Collaborate within small virtual teams as needed.
Document and address faults, implementing resolutions and retesting to established standards.
Conduct research at the request of project managers or line managers.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (consideration given to candidates with other CRM experience).
Configuration and customization experience in D365 and Power Platform.
Background in CRM delivery, with experience in Dynamics 365 or Salesforce preferred.
Comfortable working with different methodologies, including Agile, timeboxed outcome-based Agile, and Hybrid delivery approaches.
Strong grasp of various project management principles and methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
Familiarity with Dev Ops methodologies, including experience with Azure Dev Ops for scope management and project planning.
Proven track record of end-to-end delivery, contributing to project budget, scope, schedule, and resource achievement.
In-depth understanding of the Not-For-Profit landscape, particularly fundraising.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers and key stakeholders.
Outstanding experience in requirements elicitation, translating them into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive project and organizational outcomes.
Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
Previous consulting firm, system integrator, or vendor experience.
Demonstrated success in collaborative decision-making, conflict resolution, and ensuring follow-through.
Effective communication, with strong written and verbal presentation skills, including comfort with senior audiences.

Proven history of contributing to complex projects involving multiple stakeholder groups, dependencies, and leading team members through project phases (onshore and offshore).


Project Experience:

Mid-level functional consultant with 3-5 years of project experience, including successful CRM initiative delivery, cross-functional team collaboration, and consistent target achievement.

Over 4 years of experience in delivering high-quality customer service, feedback, and on-time project completion.
Previous experience working in the Not-For-Profit sector.
