Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

As a Partner Manager focused on Reseller Partnerships at ServiceNow, your main goal is to develop and enhance our reseller channel ecosystem, playing a key role in expanding ServiceNow's market share and reach. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, especially in building and fostering reseller partnerships in the technology sector.

  • Implement the defined reseller channel sales strategy to boost revenue and market penetration.
  • Discover, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners while maintaining positive relationships with current partners.
  • Lead sales incentive programs to inspire reseller partners to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with reseller partners and ServiceNow named Partner Manager to create sales plans for effectively promoting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ensure reseller partners have the necessary training, resources, and support for successful sales and implementation of ServiceNow products.
  • Work with marketing to develop and implement promotional activities tailored for reseller channels.
  • Keep reseller partners informed of product updates, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Align reseller activities with ServiceNow's sales objectives for a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Analyze reseller sales performance to offer guidance for optimized outcomes.
  • Act as the primary link between ServiceNow and reseller partners to ensure a strong partnership.
  • Regular presence at partner sites on a weekly basis or as agreed with designated partners.
Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in channel sales management, focusing on developing and managing reseller partnerships in the technology industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud services, digital workflow solutions, and the competitive landscape.
  • Effective negotiation skills with a history of closing deals and forming profitable partnerships.
  • Outstanding relationship-building abilities to engage and influence partners at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset to craft and execute detailed sales plans.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
