The successful candidate will join a specialist team within the health service and help to deliever high-quality outpatient services within the agreed scope of their experience and qualifications.

Remuneration value up to $ p.a. (L25 – L27) or Remuneration value up to $ p.a. (L18 – L24), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), professional development allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., plus private practice arrangements.
Temporary part time 16hrs p.f. ASAP – 30 June 2025

Purpose of the role
As a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist you will be a valued and passionate team member. You will work with the Clinical Director Medicine 1 to deliver a high standard of care to allocated patients to ensure Immunology and Alergy services are provided to the highest standard and delivered safely, efficiently and within the standards of the discipline and the ethics of the profession.
Your opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist Immunologist & Allergist to facilitate the delivery of high-quality care to patients of the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service.
Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) evidence as required for your employment in accordance with legislation/government policy and Directives.
