About the Role

To help make this happen, we're on a quest to elevate our business and propel growth with an exciting new Senior Paid Media Specialist position.

This person will join the vibrant marketing team and have a strategic and hands-on approach to overseeing paid advertising efforts.

The role encompasses management of all paid search, Account Based Marketing (ABM), paid social, display, remarketing, and retargeting campaigns.

We're looking for someone who will use their creativity and analytical prowess to drive ROI, increase traffic, and enhance customer acquisition.

The right person will live and breathe ROLLER's success and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize budget efficiency and foster business growth.

A focus for the role will be on optimizing metrics like Cost Per Click (CPC) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), enhancing ad effectiveness through Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Quality Score, and increasing visibility with Impression Share.

The ideal candidate will own our long-term success metrics, such as the Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost (

LTV:
CAC) ratio, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Conversion Rate (CR).
They'll also be passionate about fine-tuning strategies using Engagement Rate, Customer Retention Rate, and on-site behaviors as their compass.

What You'll Do


Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across platforms such as Google Ad Words, Bing, Facebook, Linked In, and others, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Manage substantial budgets, forecast spending, and adjust strategies to optimize spend and performance.
Lead ABM initiatives, targeting specific accounts with tailored messaging and creative strategies.
Conduct rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization of campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Oversee the creation and optimization of landing pages and ad copy to enhance paid campaign performance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and practices, applying this knowledge to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align paid media strategies with broader business objectives.
Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

About You


5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong track record of success in SEM, paid social, and ABM in a B2 B Saa S environment.

Expertise in managing significant advertising budgets and demonstrating measurable success in achieving business goals.
Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and bid management solutions.
Strong background in campaign analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and strategies from data.
Experience with landing page optimization, keyword discovery, and SEM optimization techniques.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java Script, and understanding of their impact on paid media performance.
Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Hub Spot, is advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
