About the Role
The Collections Officer reports to the Head of Collections and is charged with monitoring and collecting the company's generated income.
The role will work closely with the finance team and Splends customer base to ensure all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and in a timely fashion.
The key requirement of the role will be to communicate in an efficient yet friendly manner with customers, as well as internal key personnel to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty, along with:What You'll Bring:
- 12+ months experience in debt collection ideally
- Experienced in working with a large volume of accounts/calls
- Consistently able to deliver high quality, accurate work
- A positive and proactive team player
- A good communicator with, confident telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team with shared workloads as well as driven to work on own initiative
