The Role

As Levande's Village Manager at The Cove based in Daley's Point, you'll step into a role where you can truly make a difference every day.

You'll play a vital part in nurturing a welcoming community, enhancing residents experiences through positive engagement and exceptional customer service.

Operational success will be achieved through outstanding staff leadership and an individual alignment to Levande's Values.

Your Impact:

  • Oversee daily village operations, ensuring resident satisfaction remains consistently high.
  • Implement company policies and strategies to uphold community standards and Levande Values.
  • Cultivate robust customer relationships and facilitate village maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Play a key role in budget preparation and financial processing
  • Ensure a safe environment for all residents, staff, volunteers and contractors
