Your Impact


As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Ingle Farm, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation and to extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators.

You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team. The role is dual, time floating across the service working within the rooms and time in the office.

You will establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre's local community.

About Goodstart Ingle Farm


Goodstart Early Learning Ingle Farm is located in the heart of the Ingle Farm community, a quick walk from Ingle Farm Shopping Centre, Ingle Farm East Primary School, and the local community centre.

The service is licenced for 75 children, catering to all early learning age groups from 6 weeks to 5 years.

The centre is open from 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The centre boasts a strong, caring and consistent team, who are dedicated. Together with families they create a beautifully unique community where they celebrate and learn from each other's cultures.

Goodstart Ingle Farm take pride in their room environments, as they believe children need to be inspired and excited by their spaces as they engage in play.

This means their spaces look beautiful and inviting, but are also created to support children's learning and development.
The centre is committed to creating a warm and welcoming community focused centre. They look forward to building and maintaining meaningful and true relationships with all our families and children.

You'll help achieve this by

Support the centre director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the centre director's absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
