We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager with a strong background in business development (BD), particularly in finance-related sectors, to lead our team and drive the growth and success of our company.
As the General Manager reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, with a specific focus on BD strategy and financial performance.

Through diverse advertising and communication solutions, we leverage the site's powerful engagement to amplify brand visibility and investor engagement.About the Role In this role you will Develop and execute the company's business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential.Identify opportunities for business expansion and diversification.
Monitor financial performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve set goals, foster collaboration, and maintain high performance.
Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that motivates employees to excel.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor and manage budgets related to business activities.
Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership. Communicate progress, achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
The successful candidate will have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Demonstrated operational and people leadership experience.
Proven track record of success in business development roles, with a focus on finance, marketing or a related field.
Excellent work ethic, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to see the big picture and develop a strategic vision for business growth.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Broker network and Capital Markets knowledge (specifically micro/small cap business environment) are considered valuable assets. This is a full-time position based in Perth CBD. Compensation includes base salary + superannuation + uncapped commission structure.
