About you...

  • Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
  • A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
  • Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, shrinkage etc
  • Experience in a high volume and fastpaced store with a minimum of 3 years Store Management experience
  • Must have full Australian working rights
