About the Role


Take the reins as a Stakeholder and Operations Consultant, wielding your exceptional stakeholder engagement prowess to steer impactful digital advancements across the wider business.


  • Your role will revolve around expertly managing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to steer impactful collaborations and foster innovation. Utilising your keen stakeholder engagement skills, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, guiding the resolution of complex challenges through creative problemsolving. Your proficiency in project reporting and system management will ensure the optimisation of reporting benchmarks and the seamless execution of project schedules.
  • As a seasoned team leader, you'll cultivate a highperformance team and an inclusive work environment, rallying them around a shared culture of excellence. With the ability to navigate through fastpaced, deadlinedriven projects and anticipate and respond to change effectively, you'll elevate user experiences by enhancing digital libraries and ensuring realtime compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Foster meaningful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.
  • Skilfully navigate stakeholder needs, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Influence and brief senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless project updates.

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, driving productivity and streamlined processes.
  • Execute processes that align with evolving needs.
  • Manage project schedules and proficiently report achievements and risks.

Leadership and Reporting:

  • Lead and develop a highperforming team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Leverage data to inform strategic decisions and track key performance indicators.
  • Ensure realtime compliance through meticulous content management.
  • Elevate user experience through continuous enhancements.

Key Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Stakeholder and Operations role, sitting within the business.
  • Previous experience in Digital and Content projects
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, influencing and collaboration ability
  • Pervious project reporting and system management experience
  • An ability to create reports and analysis tools for a range of audiences.
  • Previous experience with SharePoint and PowerBI, Sitecore knowledge is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and lead effectively under pressure.
