Your New Career


As the CRM Digital Executive, you'll be responsible for the coordination and implementation of CRM & Digital strategy across the business.


Key Responsibilities:

Executing and delivering campaigns to engage, grow and retain the customer base

Working with key stakeholders to develop creative briefs for approval

Initiating marketing and lead nurturing campaigns

Generating campaign performance based reports

End-to-end customer journeys that drive engagement and revenue

Customer lifecycle and roadmapping

Experienced with CRM platforms and automation, Braze would be a bonus
