What's in store for you as a Streaming Ad Tech Engineer:
Joining under the guidance of the Video Platform and Ad Tech Lead, you'll leverage your technical expertise in native and web platforms to evaluate and implement ad technologies effectively. As a key contributor, you will ensure that the N10 OTT platform maintains its reputation for delivering exceptional user experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with developers and product owners to achieve desired technical goals and address emerging issues. You'll also engage in developer sessions and provide valuable input during solution reviews.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Manage ad products and spearhead advancements in new video and display ad technologies.
- Troubleshoot advertising issues on mobile, TV platforms, and closed systems.
- Assist software developers in implementing ad products following API/SDK guidelines.
- Work closely with tech teams using JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD deployment.
- Promote video and ad serving best practices.
- Deploy new ad configurations across digital channels.
- Ensure optimized video ad serving for Live and VOD content.
- Provide troubleshooting support for the ad ops team.
- Offer assistance during major events concerning video and advertising operations.
Qualifications we're seeking in a Streaming Ad Tech Engineer:
- Demonstrated proficiency in native and web technologies (Kotlin, JS, Swift).
- Experience with Google Ad Manager and adept at issue resolution.
- Analytical mindset for debugging utilizing tools like Charles Proxy and Fiddler.
- Familiarity with OTT applications and platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Additional skills that would be beneficial:
- SQL experience.
- Proficiency in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).
- Any background in software development and coding.
