Aged Care Facility Manager | Hervey Bay, QLD


Our esteemed client stands as a prominent figure among Australia's top-tier aged care providers, offering an extensive array of services dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of seniors nationwide.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the facility meets or exceeds all regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Manage daily operations of the facility, including staff management, budgeting, and resident care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community
  • Ensure the facility is properly staffed, and that staff are welltrained, motivated, and equipped to provide highquality care to residents
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records and reports, and ensure all data is managed confidentially and securely
  • Continuously assess the quality of care and services provided and implement improvement plans as needed
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, and ensure the facility remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, (preferred but not essential) Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing an aged care facility
  • Proven track record of managing staff and delivering highquality care to residents
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills
  • Strong computer and data management skills
