You are an important part of our journey


As the Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a team of passionate individuals who help support and drive the growth of the organisation.


Working closely with the
General Manager of Frontline Recruitment Group, you will be the first point of contact for all daily operational support for our franchisees.

You will also play a key role in managing a number of short term and re-occurring projects.

Manage your day

  • Key relationship holder for internal/external key vendors and stakeholders
  • In depth understanding of all systems and administration procedures to adequately respond to enquiries.
  • Regular data analysis and ad hoc reporting
  • Project coordination
  • Meeting and Event Coordination (virtual and live events)
  • General office administration

Desirables

  • Exposure to the
    recruitment industry and/or the
    franchising sector is highly regarded
  • Experience supporting a senior leadership team
  • Previous experience within a fastpaced office environment in a similar role
