This exciting opportunity to work in the Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery (OTCD) reporting to the CEO Executive Coordinator, the purpose of the Program Coordinator role is to provide strategic reporting functions / coordination to the Chief Executive Officer and the Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery.

The role will lead on the corporate reporting functions of the office, this includes reaching out to Managers for information and to update the reports.

In addition, the role will be responsible for the creation of presentations on behalf of the CEO to present at various forums, end of year attestations of CIC information and managing the flow of correspondence through the OTCD.

This position requires the successful applicant to have demonstrated resilience and a diplomatic but authoritative approach to their work and their dealings with all colleagues and stakeholders.

It requires judgement of the highest order, demonstrated planning and reporting abilities and an understanding of best practice executive support and office management approaches.


Specifically, the role provides expert support through:

  • Effective problem-solving skills including innovative solutions to complex issues
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to consult at all levels
  • An ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining high quality outputs
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • Detailed, proactive and thorough reporting
