What you'll do:


As a Client Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client servicing and administration platform.

You will be entrusted with authorising income and expense transactions, confirming daily banking amounts, analysing integrity reports for issues, creating campaigns in the back office as needed, loading SPDS, monitoring acceptances daily, among other tasks.

Your ability to provide backup support for other client service representatives will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and refining procedures and processes.

Authorise platform income and expense transactions
Confirm daily banking amounts to Responsible entity
Analyse integrity report for issues
Create campaigns in back office as required
Load SPDS and monitor acceptances daily
Provide backup for other client service representatives in relation to bank reconciliations, process of redemptions and applications, answering 1300 number, monthly accruals, and cash distributions
Review and refine procedures and processes and work with IT in relation to continuous improvement
Communicate and co-ordinate meetings with third parties including Responsible entity, Custodian, Bank, Unit registry, APIR and Specialist disability providers and Real Estate Agents

Involved in preparation of quarterly reports for the Responsible Entity, responsible for asset reconciliation with Custodian on quarterly basis and unit registry reconciliation with 7 G.

What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Client Service Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from the Managed Fund/Custodian industry, with over 5 to 7 years under their belt.

You will have a degree in Banking and Finance/Commerce, and additional qualifications would be an added benefit.

Your experience running operational and client service areas will be invaluable in this role, as will your knowledge of financial products, particularly managed funds.

Your ability to converse with Financial Planners/ Accountants and deal with Directors and Partners of firms all the way down to administration staff will set you apart.

Degree qualified in Banking and Finance/Commerce
Over 5 to 7 years Managed Fund/Custodian industry experience
Experience running operational and client service areas
Knowledge of financial products particularly managed funds including unit registry, unit pricing and reporting characteristics
Ability to converse with Financial Planners/ Accountants
Ability to deal with Directors and Partners of firms all the way down to administration staff
