  • Currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to cover holiday leave for a period of 7-8 weeks.

About The Role:

  • Manage and enhance customer accounts.
  • Handle order entry and update customer information.
  • Establish strong relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and different teams.
  • Update the customer database to support sales and communication procedures.
  • Supervise weekly sales and aim achievements to meet budgetary goals.
  • Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
  • Collaborate with Production and Supply Teams to ensure accurate lead times based on customer requirements.
  • Inform customers about any production timeline adjustments.
  • Regularly review open orders to keep customers informed of any updates.

  • Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Capacity to adapt swiftly to new systems and processes.
  • Prior experience in customer service and sales support.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Team player mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.

This is an excellent chance to join a dynamic team for a 7-8 week assignment starting early June.
