YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Due to an exciting growth within the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic
Customer Service Sales Officer to support our Customer First philosophy based in
Welshpool.
Whilst you will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, this role will see you responding to sales queries, quoting customers, liaising with other locations and departments to source products and some counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders during every interaction
- Process customer orders, quotes, and manage the endtoend customer interaction
- Providing productbased information and crossselling products where required
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
To be successful, you will have:
- Sales and customer service experience and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
- Excellent oral and written communication with a proactive approach
- Comprehensive computer experience specifically Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word a must)
- Strong time management skills with a solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
- Ability to focus on completion of allocated tasks and have a high attention to detail
- Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential
