Amazon Flex uses a cool mobile app along with advanced systems to help delivery partners with onboarding, scheduling deliveries, navigating routes, and more. It's all about shaking things up and revolutionizing the industry.
Joining the Marketing team as the Program Manager for Onboarding, you'll play a key role in enhancing the in-app onboarding experience. From creating new accounts to guiding Delivery Partners through their first delivery block, you'll collaborate with various teams to analyze insights, spot opportunities, set priorities, and launch new features. Your goal? To enhance the overall experience and drive meaningful changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring smooth activation of Delivery Partners in each region.
- Analyze onboarding performance to identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with tech teams to improve the app and boost Delivery Partner Experience.
- Bring innovative ideas to the table and oversee their successful implementation.
- Constantly refine onboarding programs based on performance data and insights.
- Develop impactful messaging sent to Delivery Partners while maintaining the Amazon Flex brand voice.
- Handle day-to-day management of onboarding campaigns, including development and reporting.
- Establish and streamline scalable processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns.
- Minimum of 4 years in non-internship marketing roles.
- Ability to define program requirements and leverage data for enhancements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with email, web, analytics, and CRM tools like Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce.
- Utilization of customer research and metrics for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of product and UX for identifying valuable program opportunities.
- Proficiency in SQL coding and database analysis.
