  • Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. What you will bring to the role:

  • Graduate qualification (Medicine, Health sciences and/or veterinary sciences) and/or research qualification such as Masters in Clinical Research or related field (clinical epidemiology, biostatistics, public health)
  • Demonstrated capacity to undertake clinical research
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate research projects and knowledge of evidence based medicine. Broad knowledge of research process and methodology
  • Strong written skills in a range of formats, and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to competently operate a personal computer and related software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, access, and Power Point
  • Experience with at least one of the statistical packages
  • Demonstrated team work within a multidisciplinary team
