About the role:

Looking for a savvy Operations Manager with a background in Marketing. Looking to improve their presence on their social media, website and recognition beyond their space to entice new talent.

This role will also include process-improvements across the business, efficiency within the intranet, assistance with on-boarding new employees, improving L&D programs and ensuring their consistency - bordering into a Marketing/HR split within the role.


  • Overhauling the online presence of the firm
  • Improving current website
  • Creating content and content processes for social media
  • Creating formats and calendar for future content
  • Process improvement including consistent training sessions
  • Developing a graduate program and liaising with universities for top talent referrals
  • Developing firm branding
  • Coordinating more efficient inhouse processes
