Group Security's purpose is to create a protected, cyber-secure organisation so that our people and customers are kept safe, sound and secure for generations to come.

Group Security protects the Group and its customers from disruption, theft and losses occasioned by cyber security risk events, fraud incidents, physical protection management of our people and our assets and protecting business continuity in the event out a widespread outage.

The Group Security Business Performance team ensures that Group Security operates as a cohesive and professional business through mastery of financial and risk performance; governance of the Group's cyber posture and policy framework; and enabling the delivery of organisational change.


Do Work that Matters

  • Work with leadership to define business commitments and outcomes. Produce a workforce plan that prioritises resourcing in accordance with leadership commitments.
  • Manage and deliver stakeholder communication with clarity and consistency to ensure alignment with the priorities and objectives established by senior leaders.
  • Triage information and requests for the business area to ensure commitments can be delivered and risks/issues are escalated.
  • Track metrics against stated objectives and key results; leveraging data driven insights to inform continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Create and track workforce and financial management activity via forecasts, budgets, actuals and reconciliation.
  • Enhance procedures to ensure the business area achieves financial control and meets productivity targets.
  • Enhance the maturity of the discipline through effective problem solving and knowledge sharing of best practices.

What Skills you will Possess?

  • Demonstrable capabilities in either: Roster Management, scheduling or workforce planning
  • Advanced Stakeholder management, the ability to engage at the Executive level
  • Advanced collaboration and communication
  • Advanced Excel and sound budget management.
