There is an exciting opportunity for a enthusiastic and highly motivated Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team on a part time basis.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
  • Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts
  • Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge regarding the neighbourhood attractions and amenities

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the same or a similar role within the Hotel Industry
  • A passion to deliver great customer service
  • Excellent personal presentation and conduct
  • Superior communication skills
  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience
  • Experience working with PMS, Opera or Fidelio
  • Availability days, nights and weekends (flexible rosters)
  • Responsible service of Alcohol competency card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full Australian work rights
