About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR Generalist to make their mark within a global company. This position is responsible for the day-to-day human resources tasks across four branches in Australia.

What you will do with us
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR Generalist to make their mark within a global company

The main responsibilities include:

  • Ensure legislation policies and procedures are current and inline with required legislation including modern awards and NES
  • Training and Development programs establishment and ongoing coordination
  • Payroll processing and administration of employee records
  • Employee and manager engagement and support
  • Maintaining and developing HR KPI's
  • Talent and Performance Management
  • Endtoend recruitment interviewing, job descriptions, employment contracts, onboarding, departure and leave processes for all employees
  • HRIS management and updates
  • Coordinating the anual salary review and bonus scheme process
  • Work closely with the management to develop proactive work relationships and increase productivity and retention
  • Be part of the wider HR APAC Team to build systems and processes that are agile and sustainable
  • Interstate travel to our locations in New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland.

What you will bring to this role

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Successful track record in a HR generalist role, supporting a variety of corporate and operational workforces
  • A positive outlook with a proactive, flexible and pragmatic approach to managing priorities and solving problems
  • Proactive and innovative personality, with a strong drive towards continuous improvement
  • Willingness to promote our business values and culture with our stakeholders and upholding our strong reputation in the market
  • Excited at the prospect of expanding your experience, working with a global organisation and making a significant contribution to a growing business within Australia

Skills & Experience

  • 3 year's experience within a similar position.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and intermediate proficiency with the other Microsoft Office programs
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
  • Tertiary qualification within Human Resources
