The Opportunity:

  • Work closely with the Head of Operations in Australia to deploy regional infrastructure
  • Support project management for scaling initiatives and strategic partnerships
  • Analyze regulatory requirements and recommend solutions
  • Develop data-driven business cases and analytical tools for the Australian market
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance client outreach strategies
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships and execute program-level work

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, fintech, or financial services
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and traditional financial industries
  • Experience in business process management and complex operational environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and business process management
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and data analytics tools
  • Familiarity with project management software and SQL
