Reporting to the General Manager Quality & Compliance, this role is responsible for the Sunny Queen's Quality & Compliance processes, analysis, facts and figures that drive a positive Food Safety Culture across our value streams.


Key responsibilities:

  • Analysis of food safety and quality outcomes
  • Development and maintenance of business processes
  • A constant focus on continuous improvement
  • Maintenance of Quality & Compliance audit schedules and costs
  • Annual budget support

Skills and Experiences:

Key selection criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Food Science or equivalent degree.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Expert excel skills and SharePoint experience.
  • Experience in developing and improving business processes is essential.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in building strong relationships with multiple business units.
  • Strong investigative/problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
