Our comprehensive services include corrosion management, blasting, painting, and remediation of concrete and steel structures, lining and waterproofing, carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) structural strengthening, cathodic protection (CP), and pipeline electrical hazard assessments.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our dynamic team based in NSW. As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, environment, and quality of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective HSEQ systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Providing training and guidance to operational teams on HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Investigating incidents and developing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on HSEQ matters.
Key Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction and/or infrastructure sectors.
  • Tertiary qualification in Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Experience working with HSE management systems, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • A current driver's license.
