Job Summary

Cummins is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, and storing goods in a factory or warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Handling: Receive incoming goods, check for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices, and accurately sort, label, and store goods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, identify and control non-conforming material, and perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies.
  • Warehouse Operations: Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship product per customer expectations, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Communicate effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams, and participate actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimal or no work experience required.
  • Experience: On-call rotation with a frequency of 1 week duration over a 4-week period.
