About the Opportunity

As part of the People and Organisational Development (POD) team, working closely with the Senior Consultant in Organisational Development, you play a vital role in executing our people strategy through comprehensive Organisational Development initiatives. Your focus will be on enhancing organisational capacity in areas such as organisational culture, leadership development, coaching, and change management.

Vital Skills and Experience

  • Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology) and substantial corresponding work experience
  • Proven track record in devising and/or implementing organisational development strategies and projects, particularly in a large, diverse organisation, covering aspects like enhancing leadership skills, organisational culture, coaching, and change implementation support
  • Proficiency in utilizing suitable instruments to assess and enhance organisational well-being, alongside adeptness in designing and executing organisational development initiatives at individual, team, and enterprise levels
  • Robust data analysis and interpretation abilities, coupled with advanced skills in preparing and delivering analytical and strategic reports
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, evident through interpersonal and presentation proficiencies, and the knack for effectively engaging and influencing employees and leaders at various hierarchy levels within an organization
