The role

The DD&T Portfolio Office is a centre of excellence, coordinating and managing digital related projects and transformational change initiatives, providing project management governance and cross-ASIC program management and reporting on projects. The team undertakes ASIC's approach to project and change capability and delivery, and business office support.

This role will lead the team of business analysts, portfolio, project managers, governance, assurance change and business readiness subject matter experts responsible for the delivery of all technology projects.

About you

We are looking for someone with demonstrated knowledge of IT project portfolio management practices, business planning and reporting, governance and risk management.

Proven experience driving process improvement and supporting business change, along with strong situational analysis, decision-making and influencing abilities are essential.

You will need to demonstrate the capability, experience, and resilience to lead, support and influence high performing cross-functional teams in a dynamic, complex, changing environment.

Excellent communication and influencing skills and ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with peers, employees, and external stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.
