_About this role:_
As a Warehouse Assistant

  • Operations Support, you will provide daily tasks in the warehouse; shipping and receiving, inventory and physical counts and assist in completing daily workflow as directed by the warehouse manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse logistics for national and field events
  • Replenishing smaller distribution units (remote kiosks)
  • Procedural pack creation/Kitting
  • Receiving and receipting orders using wireless scanners and SAP
  • Picking, packing and processing customer orders
  • Weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory control
  • Report and investigate inbound and outbound discrepancies
  • General Warehouse maintenance and functions
  • General data entry and record keeping
  • Hours 8.00am 4.30pm Monday to Friday (no weekend or night work required)

About you:

  • Forklift Certification (_essential)_
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Previous experience using SAP would be an advantage
  • A quick learner with critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Embraces teamwork and demonstrates professionalism and reliability
  • Prior Warehouse/Logistics event experience would be an advantage
