_About this role:_
As a Warehouse Team Leader - Finished Goods, you will be responsible for all team members and tasks associated with daily warehouse operations relating to the receipt, handling, storage, shipping and preservation of finished goods in accordance with Manufacturing Instructions, Standard Operation Procedures and the Quality Policy.
This includes shipping and receiving, inventory management, physical counts and assisting in warehouse operations by completing daily workflow as required.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the Finished Goods team
- Receiving and receipting FCL and international air freight orders using wireless scanners and SAP
- Picking, packing and processing customer orders
- Weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory control
- Report and investigate inbound and outbound discrepancies
- Managing the general warehouse housekeeping functions and associated cleaning records
- General data entry and record keeping
- Hours 8.00am 4.30pm Monday to Friday

About you:
- A "Can Do" attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Motivated to support and lead your team and prior leadership experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of warehouse operations
- Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System, with knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Freight forwarding knowledge would be an advantage
- Valid LF forklift licence or ability to obtain quickly (Licence to Perform High Risk Work)
- Quick learner, reliable and able to problem solve
- Team Player with the ability to build relationships with all areas of the organisation
